  1. I would love to see the library have a copy of THe Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time by Mark Hadon find a place on our shelves. The book is a compelling read - part mystery, part family drama, all heart. The book also shows the inner workings of the mind of a teenager with Autism and gives a clearer picture of what living with this condition would be like. Excellent, excellent novel!

  2. "THe Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time by Mark Hadon" is a great choice! I read it a few years ago. It offers valuable insight into how folks with autism perceive the world. It changed my teachings and interactions with autistic students for sure.

Now, what I'd like to see is more PAUL JENNINGS! Can't wait to pick up a bunch of his books in Australia this summer :)
